Comprehensive Interior and Exterior BPO’s including interior and exterior photos of the subject and comparables. Prefer e-mail to get your information and pictures to you quickly, but can send snail mail if necessary for your company.
Occupancy and Damage Reports
Confirmed by regular drive-bys of properties during the foreclosure process. Will assess damage and e-mail photos.
Aggressive Marketing Plans
We apply heavy marketing in the subject area and creative solutions for problem properties. We also have a growing list of investors in the area to market rehab and investment properties to quickly.For more marketing please see my marketing page!
Multi Listing Service
In addition to extensive advertising, we are linked with GAMLS which provides for all other agents in the area to access and sell our listings also. Our listings are also on National websites creating maximum exposure for quick sales.
Repairs and Invoicing
We have relationships with contractors and workers in the area to provide bids and complete work needing to be done. You receive one invoice per property per month for expenditures and utilities.
